The Details:
This year Boston Photography will be capturing individual portraits only at their Amelia Island Studio (2420 Los Robles Drive Fernandina Beach, FL -studio is attached to home with a separate entrance) on June 6th and 7th from 9am-3pm with scheduled appointments (10 minutes each). You must register for your slot by paying a $25 deposit (100% will be applied to your order, but is non-refundable if you do not order) and completing this registration. If you feel that your child has more than 2 outfits they want photographed or want more time, you can sign up for 2 consecutive slots but will need to register separately and pay the deposit for each slot (i.e.2 slots $50 deposit). These sessions will follow all safety protocols to insure your child has a great portrait experience. With the safety protocols, we will only allow one additional person other than dancer (parent or guardian) to be in the studio when their session is taking place. Proofs will be available for viewing online by Friday June 12th at 5pm. An email will be sent to you with view directions as well as your coupon code to use to apply your deposit. To view your portraits you can go to www.bostonphotographyfl.com, click Client Gallery, find Bean School of Dance, your password will be Dance. (if you require your child's proofs to be made private and not seen by the rest of the dance audience, you must notify Kellie Boston prior to or at the time of your session). Orders can be placed online or by calling the studio (904-412-8178). All orders will be due by June 26th, 2020 and the minimum purchase requirement is $25.00 per slot. You will have the option of pick up the portraits at the studio or you will be able to have them shipped directly to your home (shipping fees will apply).
